Pricing
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States when the order value is over $35. We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Processing Time
We typically process orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, though this can take longer during peak periods. Orders received after 2:00PM Eastern Time will be processed and handed over to the carrier the following day.
Orders received after 2:00PM Eastern Time on Friday will be handed over to the carrier on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handed over to the carrier on Monday.
Delivery Time
All shipping methods come with a tracking number. We will email or text this number to you depending on your checkout preferences.
While we strive to fulfill orders as fast as possible, once those orders have left our warehouses we cannot guarantee delivery times or routes. The majority of orders are received within 5 business days however, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
We can not guarantee delivery for special events or holidays such as Birthdays, Christmas, etc.
Carriers/Couriers
In order to provide the best delivery experience possible, we constantly monitor shipping carrier performance. Orders may be fulfilled using multiple different carriers depending on shipping performance at the time. American Mutt Tools reserves the right to determine the shipping carrier/courier for each order. If requesting shipping to a PO Box, shipping service will only be provided by USPS. We can not offer expedited shipping to PO Boxes.
International
American Mutt Tools offers standard international shipping to most countries. When ordering from American Mutt Tools, you're responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. All international shipments are delivered with duties unpaid (DDU); recipients are responsible for all import duties and for coordinated payment with the local customs authorities. If customs payment is refused and a refund is requested, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. American Mutt Tools will not adjust the product price on customs information.
International orders should not show any tracking updates for a consecutive 30 calendar days to qualify for a lost in transit claim.
At this time, we do not support international shipping of items with hazardous materials (lithium ion batteries, aerosols etc.). all international orders placed that contain hazardous or restricted goods will be canceled and fully refunded.
