WoW! As a home based designer and prototype maker I needed to cut a simple 3.312 inch dia hole in a thin 24 ga stainless-steel. I did all the prepping because I was frankly expecting to battle this tool to cut the required hole. To my surprise this cut easy and remarkable smooth. It was like a dream come true. I was expecting to do alot of drum sanding to smooth everything out and spend at least 1/2 to finish the rough cut. Well that wasn't needed. It was like WTF ! This is a great simple tool. **** I'm keepin this thing. I would highly recommend trying this to all u skeptics. WoW! Was I impressed. Im keeping this thing.UPDATE: THIS "THING" IS UNBELIEVABLE! I've been battling with large diameter holes for decades. It was always my "Achilles tendon". WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE ! I'm sure this bit will dull and I guarantee that I will buy another one of these (if I can't find a bit. I mean JFC! this thing is freakin perfect for my needs.

Works great and excepts malco bits. I sanded down the numbers to make it easy to see. Malco is way over priced

I don't think it's that good because the tip is very delicate and breaks very quickly. You have to use it very carefully.

The device is a sturdy aluminum casting and is well built except that one of the two ball bearings which supports the mill bit was seized right out of the box. I have not used it and will return it for exchange.

I needed to cut a hole in my washer to create an access port to the filter. This tool did the perfect job.
